Rosy Ndhlovu is the Founding member of Mobile Health Clinics. She is a social entrepreneur and born leader. She is passionate about the use of technology in the delivery of quality healthcare and education. She believes that most innovations are not inventions necessarily, but a re-imagining of how technology can be put together in a way that maximizes value and disrupts the status quo. Health and Education are the country’s most important assets and there is still inadequate accessibility for the majority of South Africans. Rosy’s mission is to use innovation, technology and modern solutions to deliver comprehensive coverage to underserviced communities.
Rosy comes from a large corporate background, with various management positions at Roche Pharmaceuticals, ABSA Capital Investment Banking, Clinix Health Group. This experience has equipped her with vast and in-depth project management experience in the medical and financial sectors. Rosy has proven to be a visionary and has to date led teams that have delivered over 67 000 health treatments in mobile clinics over the past 4 years.
ADV BN BUTHELEZI Founding Member, Chairman

Adv Buthelezi is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa and is currently a practicing advocate at the Johannesburg Society of Advocates primarily focusing on Commercial Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. Prior to joining legal profession, Adv Buthelezi has worked in various senior commercial roles in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Pepsico and Nampak. He brings to the team extensive knowledge of the South African commercial and legal landscape, with expertise acquired over the 18 years he has worked as professional.
Adv Buthelezi’s mission is to use his vast commercial expertise to bring sustainable strategic and compliance insight to MHC to ensure its longevity beyond its founding and sustainability in a viable non profit strategy and implementation to serve these underserviced communities. Adv Buthelezi will play a significant role in the strategy, transformation and positive growth of the foundation.
NQOBILE NGULANI Founding Member, Treasurer

Nqobile Ngulani is an Accountant currently in private practice specialising in Corporate and Tax Structuring. Prior to being in private practice, Mr Ngulani has been Indirect Tax Manager for General Electric Southern Africa, Group Tax Manager for Metcash Trading Africa as well as a Tax Consultant at PwC.
Mr Ngulani brings to the team extensive knowledge on internal financial controls as well as tax structuring which will ensure compliance within the organisation as well as to external regulatory authorities. Mr Ngulani is currently a full member of the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants, South African Institute of Tax Practitioners and the South African Institute of Internal Auditors.
